About ATARprepAI
ATARprepAI is an AI-powered study tool that generates exam-style practice questions for Australian high school students. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are under 18, your parent or guardian should review these terms.
You agree to provide a real email address and to notify us if your account is compromised.
Acceptable use
You may use ATARprepAI for personal study and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
- Submit content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful to others
- Resell quiz content generated by the service, or redistribute it outside ATARprepAI's built-in sharing features
- Use the service in any way that could damage or overload our systems
AI-generated content
ATARprepAI is a study supplement, not a replacement for official study materials, teachers, or past exam papers. We make no guarantee that practice questions will match the exact style or content of your actual exam.
Rate limits
To keep the service fair and affordable for everyone, AI generation is metered in Avi credits against a monthly allowance that depends on your plan, and free accounts also have a daily ceiling. Answer grading and the study tools draw on the same allowance. The current figures are on the pricing page, and these limits may change.
Intellectual property
The ATARprepAI application, design, and underlying code are owned by us. AI-generated quiz content is provided for personal study and educational sharing through ATARprepAI's built-in sharing features. This permission does not give you rights to someone else's material.
You retain ownership of any notes or content you upload to generate questions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating quiz questions.
Course Community
Course Community is an optional study space. Approved questions and replies are visible to all signed-in ATARprepAI accounts. It is separate from the public community library.
You keep ownership of your contributions. When you choose to publish a question, selected answer or reply, you give ATARprepAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and moderate that contribution for the audience shown before posting. Other participants may use it for their personal study. This does not permit resale or republication outside the service.
Only share material you created or have permission to share. Do not post copied textbooks, paid question banks, private information about anyone, or work from a live assessment that you are not allowed to share.
Every new question and reply waits for human review before other students can see it. The moderator reviews submissions and reports regularly; response times vary. Moderation and Helpful reactions do not certify educational accuracy; check important reasoning against your course materials or teacher.
Use Report for inaccurate, harmful or unauthorised material. Reports and moderation reasons are private. We may remove contributions or restrict participation; a participation restriction does not remove access to personal study tools.
Deleting a contribution erases its text and any attached question or shared answer from the active community database when deletion completes. Deleting a discussion also erases its replies. Limited, separate report and moderation records may remain to handle safety concerns. Disclaimer of warranties
ATARprepAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will improve your exam results. Use it as one tool among many in your study plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ATARprepAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. We remove your account and private study data within 30 days. Course contributions are removed through that process; limited records about other people's remaining content may be retained as explained in Course Community privacy and deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
